strange @SHELL@

When I build a source with kdevelop-0.4, I am encountering trouble with the
Makefile(s): make moans about @SHELL@ - what´s this?! My environment is using
/bin/bash, and if I chage all the Makefiles in my project to that, it compiles
with no further troubles. Is there a way to force kdevelop to generate a 
"SHELL = /bin/bash" or "/bin/sh" instead of that @SHELL@ stuff?
