Hello,
I am following a tutorial to learn C++ here:
https://www.learncpp.com/cpp-tutorial/configuring-your-compiler-compiler-extensions/
The guide says that, in order to disable compiler extensions, I should:
'You can disable compiler extensions by adding the -pedantic-errors flag to the compile command line.'
I don't understand how to do this
I found somewhere else that I could add the following lines to CMakeLists.txt within my project:
set(CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD_REQUIRED ON)set(CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS OFF)
I'd just like to know officially what I should do and how I would find that out/where the instruction can be found
Regards
