The future of kdev-xdebug and the obsolete kdevplatform/debugger API only it uses

Hi!

The KDevelop XDebug Support plugin (for PHP debugging) has not been updated for 
years and has not been ported to KF6. Its use of obsolete KDevPlatform/Debugger 
API that has been deprecated for more than a decade blocks cleaning up the 
KDevelop code base and getting rid of zombie breakpoints as detailed in [1] and [2].

Does anyone care to port kdev-xdebug to KF6 and to non-deprecated 
KDevPlatform/Debugger API? If not, can we remove the deprecated API regardless 
of this single remaining use of it?
