there's kdev-java:
https://github.com/KDE/kdev-java
IIRC somebody cared about it for a short while in 2019, but it was
largely unmaintained and unused before and after. I would expect it
probably doesn't work right now and isn't too polished when the blockers
are fixed.
So it's an interesting starting point if you want to develop Java
support for KDevelop, but unlikely to be useful if you are looking for
an IDE as a user.
