Fwd: KDE Gear 21.12 release branches created

Hi,

so here we are now: KDevelop (and the support plugins for PHP & Python) are 
getting processed by the release team (and their scripts), and first 
preparations for 21.12 already have happened: the creation of the release 
quarter branches, which is this time "release/21.12".

So please make sure to update any open MRs which should still land for that 
upcoming release series to target that branch now.

Also remember again if needed that Thursday, November 11 will be the string 
freeze, and any string changea can/should only happen in master afterwards, so 
first will appear with KDE Gear 22.04.

If you have other questions, please ask. Also note the link to the schedule in 
the forwarded email.
