What's the state of Kdevelop for Windows?

Heya,

I've been working on KDevelop for Windows in the past. Help streamlining it 
there is always welcome. Right now it indeed wouldn't be a good idea to 
include it in the Microsoft Store, it's still in very preliminary state (and 
setting up / using the right compiler is a bit cumbersome to say the least).

@Chris I saw you've been using Craft to compile KDevelop in the past. If you 
still would like to build it I suggest trying again and post the relevant 
Craft output to kde-windows at kde.org (or the #kde-windows IRC chat on 
Freenode), in case something doesn't work.

Be assured that KDevelop is indeed buildable on Windows, see the CI builder 
here:

But indeed, KDevelop on Windows would need some love :)
