Build instructions/guidance for Windows?

Hi

Thanks for the link, I hadn’t seen that page before (or heard of craft).

The issues re building are:

  * The Nmake target invokes ‘make’ on build instead of ‘nmake’.
  * VS2017 is detected when VS2019 is installed.

I haven’t tested with MinGW since I only have that installed via MSYS2. So I can’t build anything OTB.

I’ll go away and see if I can get a build going, thanks!

Paul

Hi

If I recall correctly, KDevelop is build on Windows using craft:

Can you elaborate on your problems regarding building with KDevelop?

Kind Regards

Morten

Hi

I’d like to build kdevelop on Windows to see if I can fix building with kdevelop on Windows.

I’ve seen the Linux instructions, but can’t see any for Windows. If there are any that use MSYS2 that would be perfect.

Thanks for any help.

Paul
