Correction for Python

Hello, all.

The "Settings" menu item opens rich dialog, where "Configure projects" 
is one of the items.
Inside it there is "Save all document before building".

This option is great for the C++ projects and similar.
But when dealing with script languages (Python), many times I forget 
to do "Ctrl-S" before I run the debugger and am very surprised with 
the unexpected code behavior.

I think that this option should also work "before debugging"...:-)
