D22566: Add basic support for CXType_ExtVector.

REVISION SUMMARY
  Introduces handling for CXType_ExtVector, treating it like an array
  type. This seems slightly better than "Unhandled type" warnings and no
  type information at all. May need to distnguish from an array in the
  future.
