KDE branding on KDevelop.org

Hello,

We are trying to unify all KDE branding across all projects that have their 
own websites. All the details are https://phabricator.kde.org/T9122 with a 
couple of real-life examples.

We would like KDevelop.org to also include the KDE brand in a way described in 
that task. This would entail adding only one more item to your menu and would 
fit in perfectly with your current design.
