Has KDevelop 5.3 been released yet?

The latest news at https://www.kdevelop.org/recent-news is about "5.3
beta 1", but
 1. v5.3.0 is tagged in Git, see https://cgit.kde.org/kdevelop.git/
 2. It's already packaged for Archlinux:
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/kdevelop/
