KDevelop BoF at Akademy 2018

Hey,

I added a KDevelop session[1] for Akademy 2018, on Thursday, 11:30. Maybe we 
can discuss a few things like what KDevelop's current most pressing issues 
are, and what we should aim to do about them.

If you use KDevelop or tried it out in the recent past, you are very welcome 
to join and give feedback as well!
