D13905: Fix KTextEditor::MainWindow to outlive the KTextEditor::View objects

  I just tried it and it seems to fix the same issue as my QPointer "hack". So of course I'm in favor of your solution.
  
  It adds a lot of `if (!m_mainWindow)`s, but I don't see how this can be avoided.
