v5.1.4/5.2 problems parsing its own code?

Oh, and it's been bugging me a bit not to see the clang parser plugin in the lists of plugins to load and even more so, of loaded plugins. Other plugins that can't be deactivated ("AlwaysOn" like the astyle plugin) do appear in the list of loaded plugins. Why is this?

Is there a way to get the clang plugin(s) from 5.1.2 to be loaded and run by the 5.2beta, to see if that makes a difference?
