To what extent are you planning to keep the KDevPlatform concept? Is it no
longer supposed to be something that could be useful to other projects? Not that
I use it that way (or know of any projects that do) but for that kind of use it
could have been useful to maintain some sort of quick reference to which plugins
were (are) part of KDevPlatform.
(keeping the kdevplatform/plugins dir and populating it with symlinks would have
reduced the refactoring of my patches and build scripts too ^^ -------------->)
