Restructuring the kdevelop.git folder layout

Heya,

since Phabricator really doesn't like these kind of changes, here my proposal 
for restructuring the kdevelop.git layout a bit:

Reasoning:
- Make it easier to understand the kdevelop.git layout for newcomers.
- Make the layout more consistent.
