D8766: In action title use "Revision Id" when talking about revision number etc.

  Is "Revision Id" generic enough to match git hash, svn revision number etc.? Not sure.
  
  I misunderstood "Copy Revision" initially and guessed it would create a patch in the clipboard :) Then found the same action is both on the annotation sidebar and on the revision listing in the vcs history dialog, but with different texts.
