On the runtimes reviews

Hey guys,
I understand eveyone's busy and it's not super fun to go through a
massive patch such as these (I know Milian did, thanks a ton for it!).
Since I think it's something good to start integrating anyway, I think
it could be interesting to just merge it to master so you guys can
test it. In general nothing should change if you don't tinkle with it
and I'll work on any issues that we might find before the next
release.

Thoughts?
