Writing a RLS Plugin for kdevelop

Hello everyone!

I am interested in the GSoC project titled "Rust Integration",
It involves integrating RLS, or Rust Language Server with kdevelop. Now for
integration, I will have to write a plugin but the problem is that I
couldn't find any documentation on how to write plugins for kdevelop, I
hope you fine people will guide me throughout the process of writing the
plugin. But for now, please tell me how to get started with writing a
plugin?
