contextmenu dysfunctional

Me again.

I've been having issues with the context menu not appearing in text views on Mac, but now I am getting similar but worse symptoms on Linux:

- open a session
- right-click in a document; menu opens; close the menu, repeat to ensure it continues to work
- switch to a different document and back
- right-click: menu doesn't open anymore (same with the Menu key)

I can still get at the document's context menu via the project manager, but this is awkward.

It sounds like a bug but I'm running with a bit too many of my own patches to file a bug report without checking. Where would I begin looking, KDevDocumentView::contextMenuEvent()?
