D4983: Add "Navigation" group to ContextMenuExtension

REVISION SUMMARY
  This patch adds new group to ContextMenuExtension for grouping corresponding actions. Current version places such actions to "Extension" group, which also populated by other common actions which leads to "mix" of actions with different sense.
