If there's no bug report, it should be reported.
There's no need to ask the mailing list whenever you find an issue
about whether it makes sense to report.

If you find an issue that you think it's of paramount importance and
you can't look into it, you can bring the bug report up to the mailing
list or the IRC channel to raise awareness.
