D7615: OutputFilteringStrategies: make parsing of cmake output for project directory work on Windows

  - fixed faulty escaping in string literals
  - reverted whitespace-only changes
  - removed tests for Windows paths with backslashes, as class Path always converts paths into form C:/path/to/whatever
