FYI: weird issue with the Tools/Mode and Tools/Highlighting menus on OS X

Hi,

FYI, I just filed a bug report about a strange issue where the Tools/Mode and Tools/Highlighting menus aren't populated on OS X when running in native mode with the Cocoa QPA. They get populated normally when using the XCB QPA:

Has anyone working with KDevelop and/or Kate on OS X noticed this too?
