  If context menu actions are undesirable, I can drop the last two commits from this review request and the last commit from https://phabricator.kde.org/D3041.
  The first three https://phabricator.kde.org/D3040 commits and the first https://phabricator.kde.org/D3041 commit implement ctrl+mouse wheel zoom.
  In this case there won't be any easy way to reset zoom level to the default value.
