[Differential] [Updated, 17 lines] D2902: [kdevplatform] font settings for the documentation view

  New (simplified) version. Default font is set to Sans Serif.
  
  Form system setting (DE) we are get following settings:
  
  - `Sans Serif` font (we assume that is the default system font).
  - `Monospace` font.
  - Sizes for all fonts.
  
  From `fontconfig` we are get only `Serif` font family.
