  Add an XFAIL test for constructors where we've lost the aliasing state (e.g. from containers). Broken with or without this patch.
  
  Add a test for __call__ when we don't have a declaration. Worked before, broken in the original version of this patch but wasn't tested.
  Fixed that, messily. Looking for a tidier solution.
