coding-specific editor settings

Hi,

After checking out Kile I noticed that, a bit as I feared, KTextEditor settings apply across all users of the KatePart.
For example: Kile being a sort of wordprocessor I set it to dynamic word wrap, which I then found activated in KDevelop too where it isn't appropriate at all (IMHO).

Are there any existing hooks to avoid this kind of behaviour or would it require a substantial bit of hacking?
