uploading patches to phabricator?

Hi,

I just caught wind that the good old reviewboard is in the process of being 
retired, to be replaced with Phabricator. Are there plans to provide upload 
support to the replacement service through the patch review plugin and 
"purpose", if that's even possible?
Last time I tried my login wasn't recognised on Phabricator, but if it works 
like Qt's Gerrit (I sure hope not ...) then there is probably little to support.
