Randa 2016

Hi all,

the focus of this year's Randa meeting is on making our apps work on
other platforms.
Since there were efforts for KDevelop and Kate on windows recently,
what about if we
all join this meeting and give it a go for one week?

Would be cool, if you join, too!

This is also important, since this may very well our this year's "Kate
/ KDevelop" sprint.
So make sure to not miss this :-)
