[kdevplatform/5.0] /: Add a flag to the navigation widget to decide whether it's embedded or shown in a tooltip

Should be fixed. I wasn't aware kdev-go is an active project, i just
fixed it for cpp, qml/js, python and php. If you find any more, let me know.
