Purpose: send to Phabricator?

Hi,

Yesterday's run-in I had with Purpose (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=374351) reminded me of something else: what's the current word on support for uploading to Phabricator?

I'd look into this myself but I don't have any experience with qml yet, and enough other things on my plate to stop me from filling that void... :-/
