kdevelop and the cmake server

Hi,
I promised I would worked on it, and I have. It's just not ready yet.
I'm hitting an issue that makes cmake crash, which is rather
counter-productive [1]. Other than that, as soon as we get to figure
this one out, I think we'll be quite close to pushing to master (in
fact, some projects work then everything works, it's just some don't).
