Status of kdev-clang-tidy

Heya Carlos,

you might have seen I polished the kdev-clang-tidy plugin quite a bit the last 
weeks. I think it's super useful as-is already and I'm wondering whether we 
should import it into kdevelop.git already.

Some questions/remarks:
- Is there anything left in the branches you have in kdev-clang-tidy.git?
  (Otherwise: Please just kill them off)
- Any other work you planned for kdev-clang-tidy?
