Building kdevelop5 on Ubuntu 16.04?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if / how to build kdevelop5 on Ubuntu 16.04?

I tried following Kevin's directions here <http://kfunk.org/>, but I
encountered some complaints about missing packages.  Even after installing
various additional packages, I still get errors about certain packages not
being found:

Optional packages:

   - LLVM (>= 3.5)
   - QtHelp

Required packages:

   - Clang (>= 3.5)
   - Clang libraries

I can dig into exactly why the CMake dependency checks are failing, but I
thought perhaps this is a problem with a known solution.
