Reminder: Current KDevelop release blockers

Heya guys,

We're all busy, but please let's fix those release blockers.

Especially folks with deep knowledge about the Clang plugin (@milian, @olijg, 
@sergey, @/me...) are encouraged . I know, it's exhausting work, but let's get 
this done with combined effort!
