Also dissolved the bugzilla 'kdev-clang' product:
  "The product kdev-clang and all its versions, components, milestones and 
group controls have been deleted."

New component for kdevelop product added, called
  "Language Support: CPP (Clang-based)".

We can change & make it the default later. See:
