5.0 branches pushed, soft API freeze

Note that I'm aware that I've promised you all a KDevelop 5 beta release. 
Unfortunately, my laptop broke down today. I'll do the release on thursday 
from my office machine.

Please stay tuned. Use the additional time to polish it more :)
