KDevelop 5 SVN fails to find plugins after local installation

I just filed the bug:

Since I get no kde crash handler dialog for some reason, I had to
do it manually in gdb. Not sure whether I did it the way you need it
(thread apply all bt full).

My Qt version is 5.5.0. The distribution is basically a clean install
of OpenSUSE Leap 42.1 + official updates.

Thanks for the great work you guys are doing, I've been a proud
KDevelop user since the 1.x days and the recent changes are
so cool!
