KDevelop 5 SVN fails to find plugins after local installation

This is indeed out of date, sorry for that.

You have to set up your environment as stated here:
  https://community.kde.org/Frameworks/Building#Runtime_setup

Setting QT_PLUGIN_PATH is the essential one for plugin loading.
