Just for the sake of ensuring you're not jumping the gun here. A similar request was recently declined on the qt-creator list (http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/qt-creator/2015-January/004255.html) or at least it was suggested that this can be problematic to do for 'all' actions. And I think the arguments brought up there are quite reasonable.

I generally like the idea too though, maybe whitelisting actions that should be available for quickopen would make sense to ensure that this really works properly?

No idea wether there's just no action in the screenshots that has a shortcut, but I think it would make sense to show the keyboard shortcut of the actions to give users a nice way of learning those.
