Switching to Phabricator?

Heya,

I think we've set up most of the stuff required for us on Phabricator. The 
repositories kdevplatform/kdevelop.git have been imported.

Let's start using that thing!

Phabricator instance:
  https://phabricator.kde.org/

Our project:
  https://phabricator.kde.org/tag/kdevelop/
  (I love the workboard, much better than todo.kde.org)

Creating patches (via the Ui):
  https://phabricator.kde.org/differential/diff/create/

Creating patches (command-line, similar to rbt):
  https://secure.phabricator.com/book/phabricator/article/arcanist/
  (still need to create those .arcconfig files in our repos)
