KDevelop, Kile, Kate developer sprint

Dear board of the KDE e.V.,

at Akademy, the KDevelop, Kile and Kate developers had the idea of having
a developer sprint this year directly after the Qt Word Summit, i.e.

  from 7th (Wednesday) - 11th (Sunday) of October 2015 in Berlin

At this date, most of the attendees from Akademy have time, so for us it's
already quite fixed that this is gonna happen.

We would like to ask for these:
1. funding if possible probably for a flat for that time (4 nights)
2. funding for potential developers travel reimbursement
3. help to get this sprint listed on sprints.kde.org

Milian probably will look out for the flat that fits.
