KDev-ClangCheck

Hi everyone!

I think our new plugin KDev-ClangCheck, which provides a frontend for 
Clang static analysis, is more or less done now.
It does what it's supposed to: check an individual file, or all files in 
a project (well all files with the specified extensions). It allows you 
to set up the file extensions to check, additional arguments, set the 
path to clang.
So I'd like to get some feedback on it
