Heads-up: kdev-qmljs master now KF5-based

Heya,

just merged the 'frameworks' branch of kdev-qmljs.git into 'master'.
=> kdev-qmljs master now requires KDE frameworks

I'm updating kde-build-metadata (for CI, ...) as we speak.

@Denis: There are a few problems with the unit tests, two of them don't 
succeed. Would be cool if you could have a look at it.
