Heads-up: kdev-clang now KF5-based

Heya,

Just pushed my patch containing the initial port of kdev-clang towards KF5.

That means: kdev-clang now requires KDE Frameworks.

If you still want to use the latest kde4-based version, use the 'kde4-legacy' 
branch (note: kdevplatform.git and kdevelop.git also contain that branch, it 
marks the latest kde4-compatible version of them)
