Why ImportMetadataWidget is not exported in libkdevplatformvcs.so

VCS integration (Bazaar). Plugin is already done and hosted on github. It uses 
code of ImportMetadataWidget directly (copied from kdevplatform) to provide 
implementation of VcsImportMetadataWidget. I think about integrating this 
plugin into kdevplatform so that it would be schipped with platform.
