Releasing 4.7 final?

I suggest postponing that for another week or so.

Sven and me are still fighting AssistantPopup. There are some annoyances we'd 
like to get fixed for 4.7 first, specifically:

- Minimize the size of the popup (to reduce distractions)
- Make sure it is closed when moving the cursor (it does not always do that)

Please give us a few more days. Let's release end of the next week maybe?
