plugin dependencies

Hey all,

looking at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336948 I wanted to add the git 
plugin to the dependency list of the github provider plugin. We already have 
X-KDevelop-IRequired for that in our .desktop files, but that only checks for 
extensions. I'm thinking about extending it to also support names somehow, 
like

X-KDevelop-IRequired=org.kdevelop.IBasicVersionControl at kdevgit

but it kinda looks ugly. Has anyone a better idea? Also, I guess I'll add that 
dependency check now to the gh provider plugin via hasError & friends.
