Proposal: Let's wait until the 15th July to merge frameworks to master,
this way the GSoC students will see if they actually need to develop on Qt4
version or not, then master will be merged.

>From now on, feature development happens in frameworks.

It would be interesting too that everyone makes sure during this time that
everyone has a working KF5 setup, and it would be great if anybody could
